Reservation procedure

If you are interested to book your Flores and Komodo tour package or others tour packages with us, feel free to contact us via email, phone number or WhatsApp. There you will get a quick answer to deal with your request. Quotation and confirmation of your request will be replied through your email address, WhatsApp or telephone number based on the agreement made between you as our candidate of clients and Parlino Flores Tour as a Local Tour operator.

Payment Method

All tour rates that are prepared in the form of IDR Currency. However, it is advisable to do your downpayment/full payment via Wise.com or PayPal for any international transaction as those ways of transaction consider as the fastest and most effective way for international transactions in Indonesia. You also can do some international Bank Transfer, somehow it normally takes longer than Wise Transfer or PayPal. Your tour packages request will be officially confirmed if you will have done the minimum downpayment 30 % of the total amount of the bill. And the balanced of 70% will be settled fifteen days before the trip will be conducted. The minimum 30% downpayment is carried out during the low season and the shoulder season. Low season period occurs in October, November, January, February, and March. and the shoulder season occurs in April, May, and September. Meanwhile, during the high/peak season, for those bookings performed one month before arrival date must do 50% downpayment it is due to the traffic booking confirmed by the owner of the boat. Moreover, those amount downpayment is aimed to lock and guarantee the boat availability since most of the boats belongs to local community who stand as personal not as a corporate or company. The owners of the boat exist in Labuan Bajo mostly applied non-permanent contract with the travel agencies, they apply flexible system of reservation in which that any booking will be officially confirmed if the downpayment accepted by the owner of the boats. It is still conventionally reservation system. Tourist boats mostly as the result of the transformation from fisherman boat to qualified tourist boat since tourism industry appeared around over than 20s years ago. In other words, it is local community-based tourism.

Please, notice that Parlino Flores Tour will not take any responsibility for any fees dealing your international transaction to our Wise Account, PayPal account and Bank. Any fees dealing with your transaction will become your responsibility.  

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Herewith, Parlino Flores acting as a Local Tour Operator stated that all refund and cancellation policies performed by Parlino Flores Tour will be carried out by the all the clients since that all the clients automatically have read and have approved all refund and cancellation policies before deciding to send the downpayment either online transaction payment or manual (Cash downpayment). Those methods of payment will obviously become the evident of a reliable approval by all the clients. The cancellation and refund policies are as follow below:

1. 10% of the total amount of payment will be charged to the clients who make any cancellation within 90 days before the date of the trip will be conducted. It is to cover all the booking items.

• 20% of the total amount of payment will be charged to the clients who make any cancellation within 60 days before the date of the trip will be conducted. It is to cover all the booking items.

• 30% of the total amount of payment will be charged to the clients who make any cancellation within 30 days before the date of the trip will be conducted. It is to cover all the booking items.
• 50% of the total amount of payment will be charged to the clients who make any cancellation within 15 days before the date of the trip will be conducted. It is to cover all the booking items.
• 100% of the total amount of payment (Full payment) will be charged to the clients when you are no show on your arrival date or made a very late confirmation.

Tour Cost and Tour program

In regarding to the price of tour packages that we arrange, ParLino Flores Tour don’t perform the price on our website. You will get the price once you chat us on our hotline number, email address or WhatsApp. All the tour cost is affordable, it relies on the type of facilities of the boat, hotel, or car that you request. Moreover, the tour itinerary we designed is very flexible it depends on the weather conditions. We would be more delighted to arrange your special request tour package based on your own interest.

Safety Standard overview

Your Komodo and Flores Trip is more concerning on adventure things it is due to the topography of the island which is surrounded by mountainous, savanna and plenty small islands. You need to take a long with you some important things such as, proper trekking shoes, swimming suites, long pants/trouser, jacket, raincoat, sun lotion/cream, hat/cap and some mosquito repellent. You also ought to bring your own doctor prescription if you have any asthma/heart attack disease history. Don’t even forget to bring your camera, cell phone, waterproof camera (if you have), some portable flashlight, reading book, etc.

When you are on Komodo sea tour, our captain, tourist guide and the crew members are well-experienced team. The written form itinerary sometimes must be carried out randomly, it is due to the weather condition. Sailing on Komodo National Park which full of small island, it is well-known as quite strong current. Trust the captain and our guide to execute it well. High and low tide sea water will also affect to the smooth and comfortable sailing. Therefore, feel free to let the captain or tourist guide know if you have any questions regarding to your trip itinerary. Our sailing is all based on the harbour master clearance. Harbour master clearance is dealing with the permission to sail the island of Komodo National Park and its beyond. 

Moreover, for those who love doing snorkelling activity to ensure yourself that you are a good swimmer. Don’t even dare to do that without accompanied by your tour guide. All the snorkelling equipment will be provided. Life jacket and ring boys are also provided. Some highlight of your Komodo and Flores trip that need to do trekking to capture the iconic view, therefore, make sure that you are in good mood and healthy enough before doing that thing.

In addition, entering Komodo National Park oblige all the visitor to obey on the rules and regulation stated by the authorized of the park. All the requests must consider the rules and regulation stated by the authorized of the park. There is no excuse for any behaviour that break the rules of the park. The consequences of breaking the rules of the park must be taken it personally based on the norm and punishment stated by the authorized of Komodo National Park. Travel Insurance

We would be humbly recommended you that it really ensure your travel to use your own reliable travel insurance from your country, because this trip does not cover insurance. Therefore, you would better to take along with you for your reliable travel insurance from your country when you travel to our region.

Tour Facilities Condition

 Labuan Bajo is still becoming the epicentrum of tourism industry at entire of Flores mainland, due to its main gateway to see Komodo Dragon (scientific name is Varanus Komodoensis) at Komodo National Park. Generally, flores is a developing island since our President stated Flores as a super priority tourist destination based on his president decree number 32 in 2017. There are numerous national projects had been carried out at Labuan Bajo such as improving the qualified infrastructure, building some international conference centre, five start hotel, extending the apron for big size landing for airplane and improving the airport station, and improving the harbour to be an international standard tourism harbour. All those massive projects had been carried out in Labuan Bajo and Komodo National Park. Therefore, tour facilities like qualified tourist boat with its different types from the standard phinisi boat until luxury phinisi boats are available at Labuan Bajo and Komodo trip. Some five stars hotel, qualified restaurants are also available at Labuan Bajo except some request like vegetarian restaurants and cuisine are not sufficient yet.

However, when you are exploring the mainland of Flores, for instance discovering Wae Rebo Traditional village, Hobbit Cave where the ancient Florenese Human being is, exploring Three Colour Lake, visiting Riung 17 islands until the east of Flores Called Larantuka, hotel accommodation, restaurant, and infrastructures are not as good as in Labuan Bajo. Hotel accommodation is still limited type, the highest level is with the three-star type hotel, there are also limited numbers of qualified restaurant, bank and money changer aren’t sufficient. The airport is also smaller than in Labuan Bajo. All is being developed. Discovering the mainland will give you such a memorable exotic experience because the nature panorama is extremely fascinating. It totally creates some thematic experiences.

Flores administratively lies on Southeast Nusa Tenggara Province. There are eight main town in Flores Island such as Labuan Bajo, Ruteng, Borong, Bajawa, Ende, Mbay, Maumere and Larantuka.  Moreover, hotel facilities with have no air conditioner can be found in Ruteng, Bajawa and Moni (a village on feet of Kelimutu Three Color Lake Ende town), it is due it its high elevation. The temperature is cold in those three places. Thus, no wonder if there is no Air Conditioner facilities at your room. While the rest of those towns are acceptable to have air conditioners.
